Description      Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates within the Department to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly.  Recommend appropriate training courses and evaluating their effectiveness through monitoring their results on the Departments and employees performance.  Carry out performance appraisals for subordinates according to the planned schedules and recommending necessary actions as per the adopted procedures.  Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.  Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.  Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, delivery personnel, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes.  Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs within BLOOMs store.  Completes store operational requirements by following up on employees work results.  Ensure delivery and support services activities are at the appropriate level and standards.  Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising of services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.  Overseeing stock control and receiving orders and maintaining adequate store supplies.  Prepare store budgets and approve budget expenditures.  Reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion and studying trends.  
Qualifications     Professional knowledge in Retail and sales principles, methods, and applications  Professional knowledge in cosmetics, perfumes, Pharmacy, and baby & mother care products  Knowledge in related governmental laws and legislations
