Description     1. Provides leadership and coordination of all system management activities across all agency information system environments. This includes performing application upgrades, and implementing solid change management principles, monitoring application performance and managing system integration issues. 2. Responsible for all aspects of system management project planning, including plan creation, acquiring personnel resources, leading project team meetings, execution of communication plans, identifying and adhering to timelines and achieving predefined outcomes while following standard project management methodologies and tools. 3. Develops, implements and maintains system security, and coordinates and conducts regular security framework audits in accordance with Strong Health HIPAA Security policies and procedures. 4. Develops assistance with Help Desk and application support for all Agency software applications and work with vendor technical services and product support to coordinate and resolve issues. 5. Creates and documents policies and procedures related to all aspects of system management. In addition, coordinates the documentation all department policies and procedures related to information systems. 6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications    University degree, 2years experience, Excellent communication skills, Decision making skills, Problem solver, presentable, Leadership skills.

Experience    1 - 2 Years.  
Other Skills    1. Expert experience managing/administering Windows 2008/2012 Server systems (1-3 years) and thorough knowledge of client server environments. 2. Strong working experience with SQL server/queries and knowledge of database administration (1-2 years). Experience programming in Visual Studio and HTML a plus. 3. Experience managing and coordinating system related projects (1-2 years). 4. Strong knowledge of PC’s, Microsoft Windows and VM Ware 5. Knowledge of networks and communications protocols, and good understanding of network infrastructure. 6. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. 7. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. 8. Ability to independently work on multiple projects with minimal supervision and also to function effectively as a team member. 9. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. In addition, the ability to teach and cross-train others. 10. Extremely disciplined, self-motivated and detail oriented.
