Description     —Implement the daily operational tasks for the service center operators according to the agreed SLA and record daily in log or check list. —Receive the daily operations and updates to system —Implement process flow for new/replaced card batches. —Receive complains lost/stolen cards calls from the call center and route it to the appropriate service center operations with instructions. —Draft the daily reconciliation status for the entire food and cash operations. —Draft the daily reports for the citizen support activates. —Evaluate users of different company applications and recommend training if needed.
Qualifications    1.Capable of performing varied and complex tasks simultaneously. 2.Good communication skills. 3.Willing to work under pressure and in shifts. 4.Good team player willing to cater to group goals as well as to aid peers meet deadlines and objectives.
