Description As Telesales Representative at Ameely Group you will be generally expected to contact potential customers and present the companys services in order to maximize sales, in addition to conducting frequent market research to aggressively expand our customer database. Youll accordingly be responsible for: 1. Prospecting new customers to propose company services. 2. Managing leads by tracking and following up on them 3. Conducting sales presentations and product demos via the phone and Internet 4. Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan 5. Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. 6. Influencing customers to buy or retain our services by following a prepared script to give product reference information. 7. Documenting transactions by completing forms and record logs. 8. Maintaining quality service by following organization standards. 9. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results and targets as needed. A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, very good English and computer skills, general knowledge of sales practices and principals, being enthusiastic, organized and courteous with strong customer relationship skills, quick learner with a self-motivated drive for results.
