Description 1.To manage the development of marketing objectives and strategies for assigned brands based on a comprehensive understanding of customers, products and the market environments for both long and short term. 2.To manage the development and implementation of marketing activities designed to achieve the agreed objectives and maximize brand share and long-term profit growth. 3.To manage spending requirements and operate within approved budgets 4.To manage the development, in conjunction with Sales, accurate volume forecast by brand by size. 5.To monitor performance against plans and recommend and make changes as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved. 6.To lead the development and implementation of effective advertising and promotional campaigns for the brands by working closely with agencies, stimulating creativity, and ensuring strategic direction. 7.To initiate and manage necessary market or consumer research, to draw conclusions and make suitable recommendations. 8.To identify opportunities and recommend/implement the launch of new products, working closely with Market Research and Product Development, based on close understanding of consumer needs and the market place. 9.To provide regular feedback on competitive activities and recommend any necessary response.
Qualifications * Degree from a reputable university. * 3-5 years of Multinational experience. * MBA is a plus.
