Description * Checking and approving invoices processed for payment by others. * Reconciliations of creditors accounts and any other accounts * Cash flow reports. * Produce staff and labor payroll. * Engaging in various accounting functions as the annual planning process, forecasting. * Review invoices for accuracy and completeness. * Process invoices for payment. * Reconciles all the companys tax accounts on a monthly basis to clearly identify the accurate tax payable and receivables of the company. * Maintains a full record of the companys fixed assets, documents, and depreciation calculation. * Preparing cost center by analyzes costing per product and its effect on Profit and Loss Accounts. * Responsible for total accounting functions.
Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting. * Strong fiscal knowledge and payroll production is essential. * Excellent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Accounting /Finance Software. * Very good internal & external relationship with service providers/suppliers. * Strong Reporting and Budgeting skills. * Strong Knowledge of cost accounting. * Accounting Certifications is a plus.
