Description —Assist in meeting the agreed upon targets in the business review and at the 3+9 phase. —Implement convergence plans that directly lead to reach acquisition and retention targets in line with company strategy and business goals. —Develop and implement Convergence Promotions plans to reach acquisition targets. —Study Convergence competitive promotion strategy and develop a strategy to gain market share. —Coordinate with the Convergence manager the business review to identify learning from previous and industry cases. —Coordinate with the Communication team the message development. —Coordinate with the communication team to reach awareness targets within assigned budget. —Plan and follow up on each promotion from business case preparation to project completion. —Work with TTM team to ensure alignment, sales readiness, system readiness to achieve targets. —Ensure targets are within planned band width mix. —Assess the carried out convergence promotions, to establish best in class examples and reflect it on the upcoming promotions and strategies.
Qualifications •Education (Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related) •Experience (1-3 years of experience within the telecommunication industry; preferably within the Commercial department) •Skills (Fluent spoken & written English, Solid presentation & communication skills, Critical Thinking, Persuasion, and Decision Making skills)
