Description     Provide help and advice to customers using organizations products or services. Handle face-to-face enquiries from customers. Manage a team of customer services staff. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. Investigate and solve customers problems. Handle customer complaints or any major incidents. Issue refunds or compensation to customers. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service organisation is providing Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use. Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards. Coordinate training activities. Schedule meetings. Organize managers calendar and schedule. Take phone messages for the manager and return phone calls on his behalf. Prepare letters and emails for the manager. Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings. Coordinate office management activities. Maintain office procedures. Compile daily reports. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications    University degree. At least two years of work experience is required. Experience in training field is preferred. Presentable and good looking. Excellent communication skills. Be decisive and quick thinking. Excellent oral and written English language. Excellent email, and telephone skills. Teamwork skills essential. Able to work with minimal direction. Be able to motivate, inspire and generally lead a team of people. Enjoy problem solving skills and be unafraid of technical solutions. Strong analytical skills.
