Description Implements and conducts training programs for the implementation of any new system or application in the Inventory Control department. —Validates all the processes relating to Inventory transactions and ensures alignment within local Inventory Control departments. —Oversee the full Inventory Control Department function in the Concept. —Conducts quality control on all Inventory Management data, produces Monthly analytical inventory reports and supplies the management and commercial teams with accurate reports. —Follows up closely with the Inventory team by ensuring a proper implementation of the policies and procedures are adhered to with elements of control losses and the percentage records of shrinkage. —Provides technical support to his/her local peers and communicates with the Regional areas of Operations —Communicate openly with the IT department to ensure areas of concern are limited within the technical areas of challenges. —Generates monthly reports and includes his/her analytical feedback to provide a proper overview of the Concept performance. —Monitors closely the seasonal products and provides the concept team with the required reports. —To ensure stock integrity at all time to enable minimal write off action. —The review and revision of departmental SOPs to ensure that departmental is adhered to. —Develop and train Inventory staff to enable continuity throughout the department.
Qualifications -Very good command of both written and spoken English - Excellent MS office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) -Understanding Retail operations -Product Knowledge -Analytical Skills -Good computer knowledge -Excellent interpersonal skills -Problem analysis and decision-making -Planning, leading, organizing and prioritizing -Good communication and report writing skills
