Job Description
- Answer phones professionally.
- Respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the employees.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Gain feedback from customers about problem-solving process.

Requirements
- Good command of English language.
- Supporting Users.
- Network Basic.
- Troubleshooting Microsoft windows.
- Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Males Only.

Work Conditions
- Work Place: Nasr City
- Preferably living in Cairo
- Dress: Smart Casual
- 1 day off
- 8 Working Hours “Rotational Shifts”
