Description A leading company for transportation,filling and marketing LPG located in KSA is seeking the following position:- Legal Adviser Duties & Responsibilities : —Contribute to formulate and develop legal strategy —Plan and budget the legal department to ensure the legal policy guidelines implementation and adherence. —Provide internal legal advisory on joint venture , merging , registration of new companies ,‡. —Formulate, provide, advise and / or review new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, issuing all related and necessary documents between the company, and other parties considering national and international laws —Provide legal advice on the potential liability —Contribute on establishment of legal guidelines for tenders and review all commercial contracts that company enters to ensure its interest are safe guarded. —Direct control, prepare, responds and lead the legal action and legal proceedings to help and improve the collection of the receivables and defend the companys interests. —Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the executives and offices to reasonably complex legal and legal policy issues. —Maintain custody of legal documents —Provide training on legal issues to the Legal Department officers to make sure that they are fully qualified to represent company and to act accordingly. —Assist HR on revising employment contracts to facilitate the recruitment or dismiss of employees and to insure its compliance to Labour Laws.
Qualifications •Bachelor of Law •7 - 10 years of experience in similar position in big companies •Excellent Communications Skills •Excellent command of English •Proven track record of drafting, reviewing and editing agreements and contracts •Familiar with local and international laws and regulations (esp. Company laws)
