Description HR outsourcing experience. Mass recruitment experience. Responsible for the whole Recruitments process from screening CVs to implementation of all appropriate hiring procedures. In Charge of all of the paperwork related to probation, employment and termination. Supervise in the implementation of the Performance Appraisal procedures. Maintain vacation entitlements of employees, forms and HR system. Evaluate and contract effective and efficient trainers for the on-going training of employees. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the companys Training schedule ensures that company objectives are fully addressed. Monitor the performance and development of employees and trainers.
Qualifications •HR outsourcing experience. •Mass recruitment experience. •Initiatively and independently. •Excellent communication & articulate presentation skills, a proactive problem solver. •Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. •High degree of integrity, strong leadership, nurtures and develops employees, encouraging innovation. •Understands and respects local cultural, able to adapt to changing environment. •Effective trainer, able to design training materials and facilitate at all levels. •Accounting Experience would be an asset.
