Description To manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all services supporting the complete client operations as defined in the contract and scope of work. This includes the PM, CM, GPM, spare management, Extra work handling, reporting, team coaching, planning, escalations, scheduling, crises management, according to contract within SLA and KPIs for 2G, 3G, Transmission, and Electromechanical Scope. The Zone Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and optimizing resources to achieve company objectives. The Zone Manager will ensure that the work carried out under the contract is aligned to both the clients and the Companys environmental and safety standards.
Qualifications A minimum of Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering. 6 years in filed Maintenance of GSM, 2G and or 3G. 3 years managing or leading operations and maintenance. Good background of power generators and fire detection. UPS, Rectifiers, green solutions background is a plus. Good knowledge of NSN, Alcatel 2G and or Huawei, ZTE 3G solutions. Computer literate. Ability to learn and use new software systems. Ability to prepare operational and contract reports. Ability to prepare cost estimates and manage operational costs and resources

Other Skills Ability to determine cause and root cause analysis. Ability to estimate time, cost, materials and scheduling requirements as necessary Respecting SOW. Knowledge and understanding of International Safety, Health & Environmental best Practice and standards. Establish planned preventive maintenance. Establish training for technicians and Engineers in the operations and maintenance of the specific equipment. Establish corrective maintenance requests. Ability to prepare management reports, cost control and contract change reporting. Able to do multi task effectively.
