Description 1.Maintains employees files and ensures the availability of all the necessary documents as per Labor Law Requirements. 2.Coordinates and arranges the medical checks for the newly hired employees, ensures receipt of their medical results prior to proceeding with their on-boarding procedures. 3. Calculates employees gross salary and communicates it to the Accounting department ensuring accurate tax deduction and social security calculations. 4.Prepares the monthly payroll and submits to the Accounting department for executions. 5. Provides all the newly hired employees with the on-boarding documents and credentials list. 6.Keeps employees vacation requests and follows-up on their vacation balance. 7. Updates & maintains employees database. 8.Handles all employee termination procedures and ensures all company and employees rights are well preserved. 9. Updates the employees data regarding the Medical and /or Life Insurance programs and informs the Insurance Company with the employees updated status.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
