Description Responsible for implementation of strategic supply agreements with suppliers for the whole physical year. Responsible for stock management and the applicable reporting ‘oracle ERP– Analyze ERP and/or action messages for procurement of supply chain requirements with the focus being short to medium term (1 to 4 month forecast). Responsible for order placement and verification of delivery with suppliers over a rolling 12 month period. Ensured that all purchasing and procurement activities are performed in compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies and procedures. Interaction with various sales LOBs and perform daily communication for better understanding of our market status. Analyze the Forecast by item and optimize it to get the better forecast accuracy. Build sophistication in the Demand planning methods. Monitor the aging report and notify sales heads. Developed report templates to standardize any new procedure or developed one. Manage distribution and warehouse functions for a centralized distribution center. Statistical forecast Vs. Judgmental forecasts
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required (preferable to be in industrial engineering)
Gender Male
Education major Industrial Engineering
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Oracle ERP experience required Prior planning experience in a FSG environment (if applicable) Fluent in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
