Description o Responsible for a number of key international brands with local distribution rights held by the company o Implement a local sales & distribution plan for all related products o maintaining and increasing sales of the companys products o Reaching the targets and goals set. o Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base o Servicing the needs of the existing customers o Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market o Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole besides executing the marketing ideas. o Recruiting and training sales staff o Allocating areas to sales representatives o Developing sales strategies and setting targets o Monitoring the teams performance and motivating them to reach targets o Compiling and analyzing sales figures o Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts by himself o Collecting customer feedback and market research o Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Qualifications o Excellent sales and negotiation skills o Good business sense o The ability to motivate and lead a team o Initiative and enthusiasm o Excellent communication and people skills o Good planning and organizational skills o The ability to work calmly under pressure o Good IT, budget and report writing skills o A full driving license o Foreign language skills are increasingly useful
