Description Design annual budget and plan in coordination with the direct manager to estimate all expenses for all services during the year. Monitor department expenses to make sure not exceeding the budget. Follow up all renovation, maintenance and construction work related to companys premises and branches to maintain companys properties and to achieve companys objectives. Negotiate with branch owners to reach to the best price for branchs rent with the longest period. Review and approve contracts and cost estimates for any new branches opening to ensure full utilization of resources and ensure that expenses not exceeding the budget. Visit and inspect sites to monitor progress and to ensure conformance to design specifications, safety and sanitation standards. Prepare and approve final design for branches setup to ensure full utilization of all branches areas and companys image. Participate with the concerned parties to select the most suitable locations for new branches to achieve companys image. Resolve all problems which face the engineering department to save the corporate rights. Review and approve department reports to reveal achieved vs. planned objectives to be submitted to the direct manager. Performs other duties related to business management whenever required.
Qualifications University degree in a relevant discipline (Architect or civil engineering). around 5 yrs experience in a contractor company is preferable. Very good command of English language spoken and written. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good user of AutoCAD, Photoshop, primavera programs and MS office.
