Description -Financial recording and continuous monitoring for custody. -Recording stock cycle as the following: 1-Daily recording for the receiving and expenditure actions of stock and copying with storekeeper. 2-Evaluating stock on the financial bases (average cost). 3-Sending the stock records for the financial department on monthly basis for the closing. 4-Quarterly inventory for the warehouse of the site. -Preparing revenues and expenses monthly reports of the site. -Sending all the monthly reports and analysis of the stock, and operating expenses to the financial department by maximum the 3rd of the following month. -Monitoring the operations cycle of the site as the following: 1-Follow up the operations reports. 2-Receiving all the revenue notices and matching it with operations reports. 3-Gathering and sending all the revenue notices ASAP to prepare the invoices. -Treasury requirements: 1-Receiving all the permanent custodies after settling it with site employees. 2-Delivery of customers checks and cash. 3-Daily report of treasury transactions. 4-Daily report of checks due, deferred checks and cash. 5-Monthly report with expenditures (checks & cash).
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance. Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as “Site Accountant”. Professional experience in Maritime ports is an asset. Professional, confident, energetic and highly motivated and organized. Possess excellent presentations and communication skills. Excellent command of English language and excellent computer skills.
