Description responsible of dealing with vendors through : - Registering - evaluation after every process - Classifying and reclassifying vendors every 3 months - E-mailing with vendors for quotations and orders as been told from purchasing manager. - responsible for preparing a quarter vendor list including most preferred & black listed vendors. - Dealing through the ERP program or any other program to get the required results. - This man will be the coordinator between purchasers and vendors to save the time to do purchasing.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in accounting with grade not less than V.Good. - Excellent English language. - professional use of MS office package. - Good Communication skills. - Good experience in purchasing is preferred. - Accounting background is a MUST. - 6 October or Giza residents are preferred.
