Description Key performance indicators that you will be measured on include: — Ensure fast and efficient client implementations with a positive and professional client experience. — Actively increasing knowledge about Tradedoublers products and services as well as knowledge sharing and training of colleagues — This role is a largely client-facing project management role working towards deadlines and with fast turn-around-times. You will also need to present technical solution to non-technical people as well as developers. — Key Personal Responsibilities — Implementations — Proactively project manage implementations — Guide client throughout implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice— — Document all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties are informed on progress
Qualifications - Preferred financial background with ERP, CRM systems - Minimum of 1 years of experience as Accountant - Excellent customer relations skills and organization skills. - Familiar with Microsoft Performance Monitor and Microsoft SQL Server. - Experienced in creating dynamic reports and customize reports using report builders such as crystal reports - Ability to work in a flexible, team environment - Strong ability to analyze abstract problems and find solutions. - Desire to learn continually. - Stable work history; demonstrated tendency to stay with a job.
