Description     -Handling customer enquiries and problems through the phone. -Applying acquired skills from Call Center training to: 1-Adhere to the call script, data collection and verification. 2- Achieve communicate return to queue short answered calls. 3- Achieve quality communicated targets. -Complete all necessary documentation related to project operations -Alert the Team leader of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution. -Maintain confidentiality of clients and customers data. -Participate in individual and team training/meetings in order to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date. -Adhere to the work schedule as planned and accommodate any business requests including flexible locations and working hours. -Research required information using available resources. -Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications    -Bachelors Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration; -Post graduate studies or Administration and Secretarial Diplomas are an asset; -Minimum three to five years of administrative progressively responsible experience; -Excellent command of English and Arabic. Additional language is a plus; -Proficient user of MS package with focus on Word, Excel and Power Point and;
