Description     *Connects calls quickly, courteously and accurately. —Explain Products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. — Ensure that all orders, requests, etc. are accurately and quickly relayed to the required Restaurant, Coffee, Outlet, etc. at all times. —Remains calm, alert, and efficient in any problems and maintains professional discretion. *Obtain customer information such as name, address and payment method and enter orders into computers. —Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. —Maintain records of contacts and orders. *Contributes and maintains business like working environment ensuring minimal background noise and conversation which could be transmitted through sensitive headsets. —Provides quality service to customers and incoming calls and to provide a wide range of information —Reports and logs various problems which occur during the shift and passes all relevant information to relieving operator on commencement of duty. —Report to Team Leader and Call Center Manager any Customer complaints. *Provide a courteous and professional service at all times. —Willingly attend company training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge. —Handles Customers enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
Qualifications    •Bachelor degree in any discipline. •Able to work flexible hours. *Able to work under pressure •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. •A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette. •Active listening giving full attention to what other people are saying. •Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver. Attention to detail. •Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
