Description 1. To follow up and collect on all overdue, delinquent customers. 2. Act on Collection Reports initiated by direct manager after his review and comments. 3. Handle number of calls/contact (as per department set targets) & follow-up on customers commitment to pay. 4. Identify un-contactable and redirect these for filed visits. 5. Update details of assigned customers in the collections system on a daily basis.. 6. Send out confirmation letters to employers to confirm employment status and establish contact with the customer. 7. Send collection standard letters /SMS/Emails to un-contactable customers. 8. Prepare daily / weekly progress report (daily performance tracker). 9. Review collection system to measure own effectiveness, productivity & efficiency. 10. Provide Direct Manager with feedback on : -Market Information -Acceptance criteria 11. Undertake any other duties as required by the division from time to time.
Qualifications • BSc. / BA in any discipline preferably Accounting or Finance.
