Description - Direct, evaluate and measure the performance of the Planning and Project Analysis staff functions. -Responsible for the development and coordination of strategic, financial, and capital plans, and the monthly Operating Committee Projections -Provide management with appropriate analysis of significant financial trends displayed by the planning process -Responsible for the financial support for all indirect operating expense support functions, including rebates. This includes budgeting and variance analysis -Responsible for the financial analysis of channel, market, and customer performance and proposed programs -Along with other Finance Management, support the post audit process and ensure execution according to managements expectations
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. This requirement is coupled with a minimum of at least ten years working experience in industrial cost accounting, managerial accounting, planning, or related experience in an analytical capacity. Prior supervisory experience is required. Requires communication ability with which to contact broad organizational levels in a financial and managerial capacity
