Description - Put the strategy for improvement of the services quality for both customer and providers, in accordance with HEALTH& LIFE INSURANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER advice and subject to the valid policy and the company approved authority.- Put the tools to compete and prevent the fraud either at customer or provider, in accordance with HEALTH& LIFE INSURANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER advice.- Check the customer/ provider behavior files periodically and discuss it with HEALTH& LIFE INSURANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER, for further action and advice. Review the complaint notifications received thru the medical claim officer.- Review the archiving of closed complaint files.- Provide customer services/ assistance to the brokers/ clients. Promotes the medical insurance services of the company in the local market.
Qualifications - Should have been employed in the Medical insurance business, financial firm, for at least 5 years, with experience gained in both Claims aspects of the medical insurance business, the customer services and medical assistance aspects. Comprehensive training in all the services offered, or functions performed related to medical insurance. Ideally will also have, from a recognized body, a fellow level professional qualification in insurance/ actuarial work (such as CII, HIA, CPT, MBA, etc.) with specialization in Health Insurance, or health provider management.
