Description -Achieve his distribution branch sales target. -Implement all plan of action programs to accomplish sales objectives established for his distribution branch. -Conduct regular visits to potential customers according to approved visits plan. -Follow up on physical distribution to ensure all orders required are delivered quickly and efficiently with the right quantities. -Investigate all customers complains and solve them as soon as possible in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and to maintain the companys images as a market leader. -Add new codes for all new customers and pharmacies and supply them with a complete image of all our services. -Minimize and control returned and dishonoured checks ascertain that all company dues are properly fulfilled on due dates. -Notice any drop in quantities ordered and investigate the reason after it, and report it to the Sales Manager. -Plan and submit itinerary for his team visits to pharmacies monthly on two cycle basis. . Conduct on job training. B- Administration (10%) -Submit a weekly report on number of visits to pharmacies, orders and collections. -Report on pharmacies movement and stock level.
Qualifications -University Degree in Commerce -1 - 2 years experience in a related job, and as a manager -Knowledge of English -Communication skills -Selling skills -Experience with Distributers -Worked with Pharmacy Chains
