Description Manages the daily calendar for the senior staff and coordinates scheduled appointments; Helps in screening and/or screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible; Arranges for occasional events including logistics, facilities and catering, announcements and invitations within the assigned budget; Prepares meeting agendas and arranges for minutes and documentation; Monitors budgets for expenditures falling within the responsibility of the position; Maintains and develops an updated filing system and database; Prepares confidential correspondence and reports; Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies; Coordinates the repair and maintenance of office equipment and/or utilities; and Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills; • Excellent team work and building skills; • Ability to meet deadlines; • Ability to work under pressure; • A supportive telephone manner; and • Experience of working effectively with a wide range of staff and external bodies, with maturity and, where necessary, confidentially.
