Description The candidate will perform and provide administrative and financial support to CESCRM Center in a timely and accurate manner while complying with the policies and procedures of both STDF and Zewail City. Maintain regular revision to confirm that expenses are properly recorded and report any discrepancies to project PI. Ensure all payments are done within budget availability and according to policies Follow-up on payments and reports to ensure timely submission to sponsor Maintain administrative matters including appointment of projects staff, expenses reimbursement and travel arrangements. Grant management through reviewing the contract, revising financial reports Ensure quarterly reports financial and technical are prepared in a timely manner and reported to sponsor on time Purchase equipment and office supplies. Act as a liaison with Assuit University Perform Other duties as assigned
Qualifications knowledgeable of the government regulations and Law 89.Working for a non-for-profit organization is an asset. Microsoft Office / experience in ERP is a plus Working experience with externally-funded grants and reporting to sponsors.
