Description Develop and implement organizations financial goals. Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks. Supervise cash management activities. Execute capital-raising strategies to support a firms expansion. Handle mergers and acquisitions where applicable. Act as financial gatekeeper. Supervise the preparation of the annual budget. Monitor and control accounts receivables. Prepare monthly financial statements, financial packages, and other informational reports/analysis. Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues. Manage the profit loss, accounts and work towards profitability improvement. Review prior financial results and discusses anticipated changes to highlight future needs and trends. Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results. Approve monthly bank reconciliations and reconciliations with all company overseas branches. Prepare quarterly and annual fair value reports. Prepare summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook Supervise and manage all relevant functions including budgeting, costing and treasury.
Qualifications -previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer or as a Financial Manager. -Previous experience in an industrial field. -Previous experience within the financial services industry. -Previous exposure to Africa and Middle East market. -An excellent command of English and Arabic , both written and verbal . -Self-assurance and a confident manner. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. -Strong tax and balance sheet skills. -Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and use creativity to solve problems. -Established negotiation skills. -Strong presentation skills. -ERP Oracle knowledge. -MBA or CFA certificate is a plus.
