Description Training requirements : Lead team members Develop and manage the sites training budget. Ensure all training deliverable are delivered on time. Oversee all of the scheduling of training resources within the site Manage all special training projects within the site. Take part in the development and implementation of key Training Processes for the organization. Monitor instructor performance and provide coaching as required. Manage the Associate Trainer program within the site. Represent the training function at various meetings including site leadership, client, and corporate based Quality requirements : Lead team members Monitor both internal and external quality metrics to ensure that quality goals are achieved. Develop processes to define, measure, and analyze, quality performance Ensure implementation of standardized quality practices at local site. Represent the quality function in critical account meetings manage the coordination and delivery of all quality action items. Present quality improvement recommendations to clients. Work with the Training organization to drive a ‘closed loop process– between the two groups.
Qualifications • Minimum of Three (3) years experience leading a team • Holding six sigma is a plus • Fluency in English and French is a must • A bachelor or a higher degree graduation is a MUST.
