Description Preparing and issuing Group Life New Business Correspond with participants, employers and their representatives by phone, fax, mail (e-mail and in paper or electronic format) in a clear and accurate manner Responsible of entering all customers data on spreadsheet Responsible of calculating premiums for getting policies Sending letters and faxes to employers Assisting Team Manager in Process Group Life quotations within agreed guidelines and standards, liaising with Representatives and employers to obtain necessary information. Ensure Egyptian Takaful Life underwriting standards are followed for Group Life business. Accurately reflect Group Life information within an Excel spreadsheet Assisting Team Manager in maintaining Group Life data taking into account joiners and leavers and the subsequent changes to premiums Produce accurate group life documentation for each scheme Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications • University graduate • 0 – 2 years experiences • Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic • Dual keyboard skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Good communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets • Attention to detail and accuracy • Numerate • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and plan workloads with priorities changing frequency
