Description — Manage Infrastructure pre-sales Team. — Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. — Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects. — Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. — Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory. — Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team. — Support sales team and channel partners in technical issues. — Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners. — Work with sales representatives to strategize/manage accounts. — Identify prospect requirements/solution. — Build rapport with the product/solution evaluation team. — Product/Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). — Address customer follow-ups/issues. — Identify/set competitive traps. — Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support. — Identify other resources required to get sale. — Manage product/technical issues to the close.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree of Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 8-10 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field (Hardware Presales). •Very good English & computer skills. • Very good knowledge& minimum 3 years of experience in HP Blade servers and Storage Knowhow as a must. • HP Business Critical Servers Knowhow is preferable. • Maintain efficient interactive communication with customers and staff. • Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. • Must be a strong presenter, with high enthusiasm and strong sales skills.
