Description Maintain contact with existing and potential clients with specific reference to claim information such as satisfaction level, provider and customer behavior and report findings to Manager Health & Life Insurance Operations. in order to ensure that better strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities are available. Assist Manager Health & Life Insurance Operations. in the development of new medical claim servicing and call centre that aid better reach and marketing to clients. Ensure that continuous systematic analysis of the trends related to health utilization patterns, products availed, and claims experienced (frequencies, and severity of the claim, etc.- Ensure the receiving the claim notifications, and ensuring that all necessary documents are provided by the insured and assist in the inspection of damages.- Review survey reports, prepare and the completion of all claims-related documents in sufficient details.- Ensure checking process on all claims-related documents.- Review clauses, terms, conditions, provisions and exclusions related to insurance policies and its relevant endorsements and make sure that they cover the reported claims.
Qualifications Should have been employed in the Medical insurance business for at least 5 years, with experience gained in both the medical practice and medical claims aspects of the medical insurance business. Ideally will also have, from a recognized body, a professional qualification in insurance/actuarial work (such as CII, HIA, CTP, etc.) with specialization in Health Insurance. Comprehensive training in all the services offered, or functions performed related to medical insurance.
