Description Receiving CVs and applications submitted by the company from all known channels (Walk-in,emails,faxes,mail, and employment advertising) Joining all the employment and job fairs around all Egypts cities. Screening CVs and short-listing suitable candidates to meet the criteria of the required job vacancy. Appointing short-listed candidates for interviews. Conducting telephone interviews. Preparing the assessment sheets of the interviewed candidates. Interviewing and evaluating the selected candidates. Arrange for the final interviews that will be conducted by the PRT manager. Taking the approval of the candidates on the job offers. Follow up with the candidates during and after hiring procedures. Filling, phone calls, sending and receiving official emails. Clarify to the candidate how the recruitment process goes. Executive searching and head hunting for high positions (high level management) which required from high or foreign organizations in Egypt. Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture.
