Description - Ensure sending mails to employees in every special occasion. - Search for possible candidates in our CVs database. - Send interview call mails as required. - Send the accepted candidate list of the required official papers he should prepare before joining the company. - Review the employees complains concerning the salary, vacations - New employees Orientation - Send announcement mail to the whole organization - Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation. - Screen all resumes submitted to the open job order, seeking only the most qualified applicant. - Assist in the recruitment process. - Monitor the employees attendance.
Qualifications - An awareness of equal opportunities and health and safety issues - A fair and objective approach to all personnel and working situations - The ability to stay calm in busy and stressful situations -Good computer skills -Good negotiation abilities -The ability to build good working relationships with and between personnel - The ability to manage several different tasks at once - The ability to listen to problems and respect employee confidentiality - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team - The ability to use own initiative - A good knowledge of employment law and company policies relating to personnel - The ability to work to deadline - The ability to take instruction from senior management - A flexible approach to the job - A desire to learn and take professional development opportunities when offered -The ability to act as a mediator when staff conflicts or difficult situations arise
