Description     — Update company organization charts with new joiners, leavers, transfers and promotions. — Ensue newcomers are registered for Company social insurance as well as ensuring separating resigned employees from the social insurance — Assist in formulating job descriptions, policies & procedures — Handling internal in-house engagements and exit interviews. — Maintain updated and complete HR reports including the monthly hiring report, — , 90 days confirmation report and Annual contracts renewal report — Ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date — Assist in the organizational development & training function and developing employee training programs. — Assist in monitoring and reviewing the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as — Assist in designing a comprehensive benefits package for the employees including medical insurance benefit, Pension plan and ext. — Follow up on the CIB new cards issuance and bank complaints — Organize an incentive programs for employees (Company Family day- Super idea program, Employee of the month. — Supervise the HR Coordinator in implementing hiring documents and medical insurance cards issuance. — Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
Qualifications    • Minimum of 3 years human resources experience • Strong understanding of employment law • High communication skills
