Description Update company organization charts with new joiners, leavers, transfers and promotions. Ensue newcomers are registered for Company social insurance as well as ensuring separating resigned employees from the social insurance Assist in formulating job descriptions, policies & procedures Handling internal in-house engagements and exit interviews. Maintain updated and complete HR reports including the monthly hiring report, , 90 days confirmation report and Annual contracts renewal report Ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date Assist in the organizational development & training function and developing employee training programs. Assist in monitoring and reviewing the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as Assist in designing a comprehensive benefits package for the employees including medical insurance benefit, Pension plan and ext. Follow up on the CIB new cards issuance and bank complaints Organize an incentive programs for employees (Company Family day- Super idea program, Employee of the month. Supervise the HR Coordinator in implementing hiring documents and medical insurance cards issuance. Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years human resources experience • Strong understanding of employment law • High communication skills
