Description     1-Responsible for executing POs, request all required approvals and conduct effective interaction with Product Managers, Sales and Finance Teams, while maintaining compliance with corporate policy. 2-Responsible for reviewing and submitting approved POs to suppliers. 3-Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely & efficient manner while targeting cost reduction, freight savings & contractual requirements 4-Arrange with suppliers/freight forwarder for shipping the products & arrange for preparing all shipping documents & ensure that all documentation meets import/export regulations & customer requirements, & ensure that any other required documents/approvals will be available for clearance purpose 5-Provide an interface with finance department, coordinate with it to process supplier payables & maintain supplier SOA 6-Responsible for starting the clearance process for clearing the products ordered & shipped, & responsible for tracking the shipment status from shipment arrival through delivery to company/customer warehouse. 7-Communicate with the clearance agent to clear the goods & ensures that goods are cleared in the most timely and efficient manner while targeting cost reduction, clearance expenses savings and contractual requirements. 8-Arrange with relevant departments and clearance agent for preparing all documents required for clearance purposes including customs certificate, Form4, Authorities approvals, etc., 9-Performs various other duties as requested
Qualifications    1-Knowledgeable on incoterms, Import / Export requirements, regulations and documentation is a must 2-Financial background is a plus. 3-The individual must be proactive and sensitive to the time-critical nature of logistics job. 4-Ability to manage shipment issues under strict deadlines. 5-Minimum 2 years related experience in import/export operations preferably with a logistics provider or import company. 6-Minimum one year IT industry experience preferred. 7-Accurate typing skills and data entry skills. 8-Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills. 9-Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast work environment. 10-Knowledge of computer systems, excel and word, experience with ERP software is a plus. 11-Bachelor’s degree. 12-Consistently at work and on time.

Other Skills    1-Manage all orders and respond to all inquiries for all order status and resolve all customer issues, and ensure optimal practices for all processes 2-Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, approvals, pricing and contractual obligation. 3-Monitor and process all returns according to company policies. 4-Track clearance agent performance and identify the problem areas. 5-Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open orders and ensure appropriate order flow 6-Arrange with warehouse for inspecting the goods received and adding them to Oracle system, and report any products discrepancies or damages
