Description 1. Respond to technical requests assistance in person, via phone or service desk application. 2. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues 3. Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction. 4. Research questions using available information resources (service desk knowledge base). 5. Advise user by appropriate action. 6. Follow help desk procedures. 7. Log all help desk activates. 8. Redirect problems to appropriate resource. 9. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Qualifications • Language Skills: good English (oral/written) • IT Skills: * Linux awareness. * MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional is a plus. * A+ – CompTIA certificate is a plus. • knowledge and experience of customer service practices • 0 to 1 Year of experience on Microsoft operating systems.
