Analyzing sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Establishing performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis. Directing the sales department to achieve the company objectives Developing, maintaining and improving business relations with all clients. Seeking out and targeting new clients and new sales opportunities, Establishing both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Companys business plan. Providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
Qualifications Effective time management skills. Strong negotiating skills and capacity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
