Description -Implement IMC SPs M&E strategy and action plan, in close collaboration with service providers and beneficiaries. -Coordinate M&E analyst activities -Review monitoring of the contracts between the IMC and service providers. -Evaluate projects processes identifying risks and giving recommendation. -Implement various M&E tools to timely measure outputs and outcomes (such as surveys, tracer studies, etc...) -Conduct periodical audits on SPs and submit reports evaluating the overall activities. -Test and recommend periodic adjustments to the M&E system, as needed basis. -Outside office work will be around 75 % of time. -Carry out any additional related tasks as assigned by the SPs M&E Manager.
Qualifications -University degree. -3-7 years experience in research administration (preferably market research) and report writing. -Good command of both Arabic and English (spoken & written). -Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team. - Good supervisory skills. - Good computer skills in MS Office.
