Description — Develops annual marketing plan with detailed activities to follow during the fiscal year, with focus on meeting organizational objectives. Manages, monitors the Marketing Department budget. — Directs and oversees all marketing activities — Directs and oversees all guest relation and PR aspects — Close relationship to embassies, business companies, compounds, social groups, food and social sites — Authorizes & monitors any use of Raya Restaurants Logo/Branding/Designs material — Communicates with Raya Restaurants Management, Partner Marketing, Marketing Services Agencies, Restaurant Critics and Suppliers — Works jointly with operations to achieve sales targets (through promotions, advertisements, events, etc.) — Customer satisfaction management for Best Service and customer complaints follow-up — Consumer/ Customer Satisfaction Research ” Consumer Insight/Marketing Activities/ Operations Measurement — Handle marketing activities - Brand Identity/ Image/ Leads — Handles whole aspects of social media — Maintenance of websites — Standards Control & Enforcement on Branding/ Identity, Quality & Values — Develops and opens new leads for expansion
Qualifications • Able to provide an exceptional level of hospitality towards all guests and provide them a feel of welcome • Customer Relationship Management • Brand Development • Monitor Consumer gadgets market, seasonality, selling occasions, E-Commerce, Online Marketing, Social Networks • Effective Communication Skills • Presentation and Selling Skills • Treats every person with respect and dignity • Ability to handle any problem with the marketing agencies • Ability to address difficulties faced and solve problems on the spot
