Description Reviews history & check lists for equipments. — Evaluates & Supervises on Complicated mechanical works. — Carries out & Follows up the plant reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually). — Reacts with any troubles to solve it in plant rooms through a short term and long term solution. — Plans and implements renewals and modifications in buildings facilities, — Provide preventive maintenance plans, equipment performance. — Check the quality of ordering materials according to standards & maintenance manual recommendations. — Establishes, through Internet, about missing maintenance data, new products, missing components from local market. — Presents problems view and preparing solutions. — Searches & orders the required materials and discuss the price with suppliers. — Provides quotations for any required modifications. — Makes Emergency calls for agents (chillers out of order, replaced damaged components). — Reviews with agents engineer for any contracts adjustments, — Builds a strong relation with agents, visitors, suppliers and subcontractors. — Approves attendance & over time sheets. — Prepares the annual maintenance budget & consumptions.
Qualifications - University graduate with a bachelor degree of engineering. - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent knowledge of dealing with computer (excel, office, and outlook and hits system) - Effective organizational skills. - Attention to details and high level of accuracy. - Strong leadership skills. - High supervision skills

Other Skills -lead the planning and implementation of plant rooms, Engineers, technicians, helpers. -Follow up operation for central plants.
