Description Review COSMOS program to be able to receive the damaged mobiles form the quality control. Send all needed spare parts to the direct manager after reviewing the branch store keeper to ensure available spare parts when needed to ensure effective and smooth work operations. Test the damaged devises to identify the maintenance level either it is level 1, 2 or 3. Communicate with the store keeper to ensure availability of spare parts on COSMOS to be used in the second level of devices maintenance. Test and fix the damaged devices first, second and third level and ensure it is working. Register all needed data regarding the fixed description and mobile data both on excel or COSMOS. Deliver the quality control all fixed devices and the damaged spare parts. Test the damaged mobile which are out of guarantee and inform the quality control with the estimated cost.
Qualifications University degree in Engineering major of communications. Experience In the same filed from 0-2 years.
