Prepares, Develops and Updates Job Descriptions based Competencies. 5.Creating performance management System according to KPIs 6.Forecasting of Manpower planning of company groups 7.execution of salary Structure for the company and sets up salary scales and grading systems 8.Develops Incentive Systems tied up to production and preset targets.
Qualifications Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
