Description Coordinate with respective departments for events organization to ensure pertinent company presentation in various events (seminars, exhibitions, etc.). Identify advertising opportunities in national and regional, specialized or general publications. Manage the production of Marketing materials, liaising with advertising agencies, graphic design specialists, and printing houses. Maintain and updates mailing databases. Keep and manage the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring updated material availability. Manage company gifts inventory and distribution Review daily newspapers and distribute co-related articles accordingly. Execute the preparation of the needed marketing collateral and the development/ updating of the company website, ensuring content consistency with the Marketing needs. Organize and oversees the company presentation in events (trade shows, seminars, etc.) Manages all Mass Media-related activities Follow up with the advertising agencies and various media channels on the advertisements and review accordingly to ensure meeting the quality standards. Develop and amends some collateral using Photoshop & flashes Negotiate with hotels and travel agencies to develop annual special rates agreements Update annual memberships of various chambers of commerce
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of any discipline (English or French section is a MUST) •2- 3 years experience in administration or any relevant field •Professional user of Microsoft Office and internet searcher, & Photoshop is preferable •Attentive to details and team player
