Description     Oversee the production and engineering functions of the factory. The person must be capable of the following:  Achieving production efficiency of 85+%.  Managing machinery, raw materials & workers.  Optimizing shift times.  Optimizing machine utilization.  Production & Maintenance reporting.  Corrective Maintenance interventions for ensuring max machine up time.  Proactive attitude against production malfunctions.  Occupational Health and Safety practices.  Keep Housekeeping rules.  Creating a positive work climate.
Qualifications     University Qualification (BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)  Track record in plant maintenance.  Team Player.  Must be able to work with minimum supervision.  Must have Leadership and Communication skills  Must have Planning and Coordination skills.  Must be mechanically skilled and minded.  Have an understanding of electrics, mechanics and hydraulics.  Minimum one (1) year of experience in Plastics Manufacturing (previous experience in Extrusion Blow Molding will be highly appreciated).
