Description  Helps in directing and managing project development from beginning to end;  Assists in Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;  Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;  Communicates effectively project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;  Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;  Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;  Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;  Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders;  Assists in identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team;  Assists in identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path;  Tracks project milestones and deliverables;  Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations;  Manages proactively changes in project scope;  Assists in defining project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle;  Builds any business relationships vital to the success of the project;  Assists in developing business best practices in the area of project management;  Performs other related duties as required; and  Reports activities to the senior management.
Qualifications • Excellent Communication, writing and interpersonal skills; • Excellent presentation skills; • Excellent negotiation skills; • Excellent team work and building skills; • Solid background and experience in ICT projects in general and IT projects in specific; • Self-motivation and self-managed; • Ability to meet deadlines; • Ability to work under pressure; • Experience of working effectively with a wide range of companies operating in IT development and external bodies, with maturity and, where necessary, confidentially.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Excellent command of Windows; and • Excellent command of Microsoft Office with a special focus on MS Projects and Visio.
