Description 1.Reporting Relationships:- This position reports to: 6th of October Branch Manager 2.Job Summary: - Controlling The Operations, Checking the Operation Plans, Organize and controls the security team to get the best performance. 3.Key Result Areas and Responsibilities 1.Forward security instructions to the security team and seek best ways to achieve that. 2.Set the operation plans for the site supervisors and define their duties to act properly. 3.Supervise and monitor the performance of the site manpower and estimate the continual improvement of performance. 4.Issuing the general and specific site instructions whereby the site is supposed to follow. 5.Find out the best way to reduce the cost without affecting the standard. 6.Watching the competitors level in order to keep Securitas on the top. 7.Represent the company in the operation field and follow up the clients thoughts and concerns about the performance. 8.Accurate and timely reporting of site operational activity. 9.Audit the supervision carried out by Site Supervisors. 10.Monitoring the work force performance. 11.Checking that all security measurements are taken in the best possible way. 12.Maintain a positive relationship with the customer.
Qualifications -Preferred To have been worked in any private sector before, Ex-Police graduated from police academy, and v.good command of English and Microsoft skills.
