Description Responsible for correspondence with project stakeholders. Responsible for contracting & purchasing procedures with consultant, contractor & supplier. Responsible for project procurement activities ( collecting offers, evaluation process according to certain standards or purchase requirements, & review contractual terms) Prepare draft contract, terms of payments, penalties, time frame, letters of guarantee to be reviewed & audited by projects accountant Modify the contracts or purchase orders when required. Coordinate between chairman & project managers at different sites. Execute logistic procedures in case of imported products. Effectively communicate difficult or sensitive information to direct manager as priority and to all project stakeholders tactfully. Effectively apply project management methodology. Responsible for establishing scheduled project reviews & submitting regular projects report to direct manager. Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively. Responsible for archiving system for all correspondences, contracts, purchase orders and procurement related documents.
Qualifications Bachelor degree from any discipline, English or French section is must. Minimum 3 years of experience in projects or purchasing administration Proficiency in MS Office, internet search
