Description —Conduct the Software and IT processes audit as planned. —Ensure that all quality specifications are met for any given product or procedure. —Work with the auditee to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution. —Prepare the non-compliance reports and communicate them with the related stakeholders. —Follow-up the non-resolved compliance issues and drive them into closure. —Escalate the non-resolved compliance issues to the higher levels. —Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.
Qualifications Excellent user of MS Office and Visio. Experience in Software Development life cycle. Good knowledge in ITIL.
